The Dream

I have begun creating animations for Youtube. These projects take many work hours without any compensation.
I have been able to raise enough support to work co-vocationally for Bannered Studios as a missionary, while working in the media industry freelance.
My hope is to become a full-time missionary by raising support that would allow me to prioritize Bannered Studios more and more

The Movement

My personal dream is that Bannered Studios would be a space where creatives who are discovering Jesus or have known Him for a long time can come together in life giving relationship.
I would like to cultivate a culture that has clarity on how to be a Media Missionary.
I believe there are many creatives who love God that are unsure about how to use their gift to bring him glory, let alone to spread the gospel to the unbelieving world.
This is where I see an opportunity to blaze a trail for people to see media missions as a viable path in ministry.

KC Underground is the missions organization I am partnering with to fully walk out my calling as a Media Missionary.
Their heart to see disciples of Jesus multiply in Kansas City perfectly complements the vision for Bannered Studios.
On a personal level, I am grateful to have a team of people keeping me accountable to walking out my calling in a godly way.

The Commitment

I truly believe God made me to be a Media Missionary. My passions, experience and talents all align in the pursuit of starting Bannered Studios.
I know this is a calling that will require constant reliance on God and His voice.
I have made a commitment to act out of faithfulness with all that I do to start the studio.
God has shown me that whatever happens with my work, the most important work will always be what He is doing in my heart to transform me into the image of His son.
